We lean into the bold, spice-forward character of the grain. This straight rye whiskey is double pot-distilled from a mash of rye and barley, then aged for at least four years in charred oak barrels. Following the strict requirements of the Bottled in Bond Act, this bourbon is the product of a single distilling season, aged for six years in our federally bonded warehouse and bottled at precisely 100 proof. This is bourbon built for depth. We take our signature straight bourbon and finish it in barrels that previously held our house-made coffee liqueur. To sharpen the profile, we add a final touch of that same liqueur, resulting in a spirit layered with roasted notes and dark sweetness.
A tribute to our Grand Rapids roots, Gray Disguise is a rare, holiday-inspired release that challenges the traditional whiskey profile. By blending 70% bourbon, 15% rye, and 15% malt whiskey, we’ve created a spirit that mirrors our signature mash bill proportions but delivers a unique sensory experience.
GIN
A vibrant, botanical-forward spirit designed for those who want their gin to have a point of view. Distilled in small batches, our American Dry Gin moves away from traditional heavy pine and toward a bright, complex profile anchored by a unique blend of seven botanicals.
This is where gin meets the seasoned character of the barrel. By resting our gin in charred American oak bourbon barrels, we introduce a subtle layer of oak and vanilla, rounding out the spirit. It’s a sophisticated, amber-hued gin that bridges the gap between bright botanicals and the warmth of a rested whiskey.
Tequila-Style
A bold, Michigan-made twist on a Mexican tradition. Our American Agave Spirit is crafted from 100% pure blue agave syrup and aged in our own bourbon barrels. It is a spirit that honors the roots of agave while introducing the specific character of our whiskey-seasoned oak.

Rum
A distillery-only release that showcases the influence of time and wood on our silver rum. Aged for six years in our warehouse, this spirit is part of an ongoing experimental series. By rotating through a selection of barrel types, we ensure that every batch offers a unique, one-of-a-kind profile.
Distilled from pure turbinado sugar and fermented with specialized tropical yeast, our Silver Rum is a clean, intentional departure from heavy Caribbean styles. Left unaged to preserve its raw profile, this spirit highlights the delicate fruit and sugar characteristics that often get lost in the barrel.
Vodka
Clean, crisp and versatile. Our Vodka is distilled from Michigan corn and filter it for exceptional smoothness, ensuring a neutral profile that serves as the ultimate foundation for any drink.
This isn't a synthetic infusion—it’s a labor of love. To create this spirit, our distillers processed 450 pounds of fresh cucumbers, macerating them in our vodka for days before finally redistilling the spirit. The result is a clear, vibrant liquid that captures the garden's true essence.
Liqueur
This is a premium expression of the morning roast. We start with locally-roasted coffee and infuse it with vanilla and molasses-rich turbinado sugar. The result is a deep, dark and concentrated liqueur that captures the true essence of a bold brew.
