Age Requirement and Responsible Service
Legal Drinking Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase spirits, consume alcohol at our locations, or book a distillery tour. We require a valid, government-issued photo ID for all alcohol service and online order pick-ups.
Service Policy
We are committed to responsible hospitality. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is unable to provide valid identification.
Spirit Sales and Return Policy
Local Pick-up Only
Due to Michigan state law, we do not ship alcohol. All spirit purchases made through our website must be picked up in person at the Rockford Distillery.
Returns and Exchanges
Spirits: Under Michigan law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on alcohol once it has left our premises.
Merchandise: Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, or if you change your mind. Every item is custom-printed especially for you once your order is placed. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will happily issue a replacement at no cost or provide a refund. To submit a claim, please email us and include a clear photo of the problem. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Event/Tours: Tour bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Restaurant and Bar Policies
Minors: Our Rockford location is family-friendly, but an adult must accompany minors at all times.
Dogs: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are permitted in the Backyard patio only. Service animals are welcome indoors and the covered patio as required by law.
Privacy and Website Terms
Data Collection
We collect only the information necessary to process your orders, manage reservations, and improve your experience. This includes your name, email, and payment information. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Eastern Kille spirits are distributed throughout Michigan. If you are a licensed retailer or bar owner looking to carry our products, please contact us for information regarding our authorized distribution partners.
