The Ottawa Room
Intimate & Focused | Up to 20 Guests (40 with Patio)
We grounded our 30-foot ceilings and open light with an intimate, handcrafted trellis bar. Here, we fire artisanal pizzas and prep fresh, seasonal shared plates designed specifically to elevate our spirits.
The Covered Patio
Immersive & Dramatic | Up to 100 Guests
We dissolved the barrier between the indoors and the forest with a dramatic glass curtain wall. This space offers a climate-controlled, immersive natural backdrop for large-scale dinners and receptions.
The Back Yard
Casual & Open-Air | Up to 100 Guests
Our most laid-back and social space. Outfitted with café lighting, fire pits, and a dedicated shipping container bar, the Backyard is built for cocktails under the Michigan stars.

Distillery Tours and Private Tastings
Go Behind the Scenes in Rockford
Walk the floor where our spirits are made. Our 90-minute (approximate) guided tour is a technical look at the mechanics of distillation. You’ll visit the copper pot stills and our barrel warehouse to see how we use Michigan’s climate to build flavor and age our whiskey.

Booking Information
Tours are held on Saturday afternoons for groups of up to 20. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
Cost: $25 per person (Includes tour and spirit flight)
Requirements: Ages 21+ only with a valid ID
