We steeped real graham crackers in our vodka for two weeks. Then we did something strange: we set the entire batch into a gel and strained it back out over two days. The gel traps the crumbs, fats and oils — what's left is bright, clean and pale straw in color, with all the flavor and none of the mess.

Toasted graham cracker, honey and warm cinnamon on the nose. Brown sugar, toasted wheat and a touch of vanilla on the palate. Barely sweetened, so it drinks like a vodka, not a liqueur, and finishes clean and nearly dry.

The label takes its cue from Alexander Calder's Red and Blue Spheres. The first batch is 108 bottles, with 50 available here. If you love it, we'll make more.

Then we clarify the entire batch through a gel wash, trapping the crumbs, fats and oils while the flavor passes through. What's left pours pale straw and brilliantly clean, barely sweetened, so it drinks like a vodka rather than a liqueur. Made with real graham crackers — contains wheat.
