The 10-Year Cask Strength Rye began as an 86/14 rye-and-barley mash and was entered at 125 proof into #3-char barrels in 2016. A decade later, concentration has pushed it well past 150 proof — we're bottling it exactly as it came out of the barrel, uncut and unfiltered. This is a collector's release in every sense: the oldest rye we've ever made, the most limited quantity, and the most intense pour we've produced.
